Items in new condition, with original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.

To return an item please follow the steps below:

  1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order.
  2. Mail your return to:

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a refund.

Damaged Items 

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.  Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Send the photo by email to If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.

Non-refundable items

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell products as “Final Sale” to offer significant discounts. If you are concerned about returning an item, please check whether it is a “Final Sale” product prior to making your purchase.

Please note: there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to issue a refund. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.

Undelivered packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
