Items in new condition, with original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.
To return an item please follow the steps below:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order.
- Mail your return to:

- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a refund.
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Send the photo by email to shop@CompuClever.com. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell products as “Final Sale” to offer significant discounts. If you are concerned about returning an item, please check whether it is a “Final Sale” product prior to making your purchase.
Please note: there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to issue a refund. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
